Richard was over the top helpful from day one. We live in Tucson, so when he took it upon himself to go to the property and video it to give us an idea of what the area was like was beyond helpful. Even went as far as repairing a broken water line. Very responsive to all our calls and questions. Would recommend him in a heartbeat

We were very impressed with Rich Wild's knowledge and attention to detail when we were considering our purchase of property in Concho, Purchasing a property out of state can be complicated but Rich helped make our home search pleasant and the process simple to complete. We were impressed by Rich's willingness to video tape the property for our viewing, and we were pleased and surprised by his dedication to completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Rich was incredibly responsive and professional. His follow up was phenomenal.  In fact, because we are from out of town, he offered to review homes for us, sharing 360 views, to save us time and allow us to conduct a more focused search. We decided to hold off on our home search for unrelated reasons but when we resume we will definitely be contacting Rich for our home search.

Have not met Richard yet, but when I sent him an email inquiry he responded back within the hour with a wonderful property as well as some alternative properties to consider in less than 24 hours.
